DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 2026
This website hosts no video files. It indexes and embeds material that is hosted and streamed by independent third-party websites. Removing an entry from this index does not delete the file, which remains on the third-party server that hosts it.

Notice and takedown

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement. If you own the copyright in material that is indexed here, or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf, you may request removal of the corresponding entry from our index.

How to submit a notice

Send your notice to abuse@pornnic.com. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL on this website where it appears, so that we can locate it.
  4. Contact information at which we can reach you, such as an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

Valid notices are normally processed within a few business days. Where a notice is valid, the corresponding entry is removed from our index. Because the underlying file is stored by a third party, we also recommend contacting the hosting website directly to have the file itself removed.

Counter-notice

If you believe an entry was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the material that was removed, its location before removal, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Sources that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices may be excluded from our index entirely.
